Welcome you to their 87 acre farm in broadland Norfolk, there are on farm walks along the river bure and through Alder carr woodland, where you will see many species of birds King Fishers on the pond and tawny owls in the woodland siskins and Gold finch on the aldder to name but a few. The farm is in a great location to explore the rest of Norfolk the coast is only 10 miles away and so is the fine city of Norwich, the broads only 7 miles, which can be reached by The narrow gauge steam trains from the bure valley railway, the station is only half a mile walk from your cottage door if you whish to leave the car behind or even by bicycle via a path beside the railway line. Two long distance pathways lie within 1.5 miles of the farm ,The weaves way and The Marriott Way. the Busy Historic Market Town of Aylsham is just over half a mile away.
Which is a slow food town.

Breakfast is served in a purpose built dinning/ sunroom.
With patio doors to a paved area where you can eat alfresco weather permitting, all local produce, our own Free Range Eggs, Home made, bread, cakes, marmalade and jam. Our own fresh soft fruit when in season.
There are three rooms, double /twin / family with bunk beds, all with en suite facilities, two shower rooms, one wet room all have level access as does the dinning room. they have all been decorated and furnished to a high standard, Under floor heating, Oak flooring, Pine Beds, Leather two setter sofas, Lcd televisions, radio alarm clock. Tea and coffee (fresh milk) making facilities in room.
Cot and high chair available on request.
